This is a global economy. In other words, you can learn computer programming from the safety of your home in Ghana and then end up working remotely for clients in the western world (USA, Canada, etc.) since your cost of living is lower, you are potentially at an advantage compared to your western colleagues with monthly bills in thouands of dollars. So, don't start your career by thinking that living in Ghana is some sort of disadvantage ... make the best of what you have! I hope you understand that living in Ghana does not stop you from becoming a computer programmers.
